This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for purchases made on Indream.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Unused paid credits may be refunded if requested within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original purchase date
  • If a verified technical failure on our side prevents proper service delivery, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund
  • If a duplicate charge occurs due to billing error, we will correct it through refund or account adjustment

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Credits already used to consume platform services are non-refundable
  • Promotional, bonus, trial, or gifted credits are non-refundable
  • Requests submitted more than fourteen (14) days after purchase are generally denied
  • Refunds may be denied where abuse, fraud, or policy circumvention is detected

How to Request a Refund

Send your request to support@indream.ai using the email address associated with your account.

Include the following information to speed up review:

  • Account email and order or payment reference number
  • Date of purchase and amount paid
  • Reason for refund request and relevant screenshots or logs, if applicable

Review and Processing Timeline

  • We usually review requests within five (5) business days
  • Approved refunds are typically sent within seven (7) business days
  • Final settlement time may vary based on your payment provider, card issuer, or financial institution

Chargebacks and Fraud Controls

Filing a chargeback without contacting support first may delay resolution and can lead to temporary account restrictions while we investigate suspected fraud or abuse.

We reserve the right to reject refund requests where abuse patterns, manipulated usage, or policy evasion is identified.
