Service Scope and AI Output Disclaimer

Indream provides AI-assisted media creation and related tools. You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies and must be reviewed before publication or commercial use.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to maintain security, quality, and reliability.

User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transform such content solely to provide and improve the service.

  • You represent that you have rights to upload and process submitted content
  • You may not submit content that infringes third-party rights
  • You are responsible for legal compliance of your inputs and published outputs

Payments, Credits, and Refunds

Paid features may require credits, subscriptions, or one-time purchases. Billing terms are shown at checkout. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.

Unless required by law or stated in policy, used credits and completed service consumption are non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited activities include:

  • Violating laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Uploading malicious code, harmful files, or abusive content
  • Attempting unauthorized access, scraping, or service disruption
