Terms of Service

These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced here, form the user agreement that governs your access to and use of Indream. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.

Acceptance of Terms

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Ethan Sunray LLC. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must meet applicable legal age requirements in your jurisdiction and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Use accurate and current registration information
Maintain account security and promptly report unauthorized access
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Service Scope and AI Output Disclaimer

Indream provides AI-assisted media creation and related tools, including the AI Video Editor, Video Editor API and Open API, AI Generators, Infinite Canvas, cloud asset storage, export services, text-to-speech (TTS), voice cloning, image generation, and video generation.

AI models, model availability, pricing, processing time, quality, and supported options may change over time. You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, unexpected content, or rights-sensitive material and must be reviewed before publication, distribution, or commercial use.

We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to maintain security, quality, and reliability.

AI Content Transparency

AI-generated media may include machine-readable metadata or watermark signals to help identify its origin, support safety review, prevent abuse, and process reports or appeals. You may not remove, obscure, or interfere with these signals in a way that misrepresents the origin or safety status of generated content.

Indream does not place its own visible watermark on exports. Any visible branding, captions, overlays, or watermarks that you add in the editor remain part of your own project. Third-party models, plugins, source assets, or distribution platforms may apply, remove, or alter their own marks or metadata outside our control.

API Access and Developer Responsibilities

If you use our Video Editor API, Open API, API keys, webhooks, SDKs, or developer tools, you are responsible for the applications, systems, callbacks, and workflows that you build on top of the service.

Keep API keys and webhook secrets secure and do not share them publicly
Use API keys only for accounts, projects, and workflows you are authorized to access
Follow applicable rate limits, usage limits, quota limits, and billing requirements
Provide valid webhook callback URLs and handle retries, failures, and duplicate events
Do not bypass billing, access controls, safety reviews, or technical limits
Do not use automated access to scrape, overload, disrupt, or reverse engineer services

User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transform, render, export, and deliver such content solely to provide and improve the service.

You represent that you have rights to upload and process submitted content
You may not submit content that infringes third-party rights
You are responsible for legal compliance of prompts, uploads, API payloads, generated outputs, and published outputs

Payments, Credits, and Refunds

Paid features may require subscriptions, credits, storage packs, or one-time purchases. Billing terms are shown at checkout, and some AI models or export settings may have different credit costs. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.

Unless required by law or stated in policy, used credits, completed generations, completed edits, completed exports, completed API usage, and completed service consumption are non-refundable.

Content Policy and Acceptable Use

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to text-to-speech (TTS), voice cloning, image and video generation, editing, and all other Indream features, including API access. It covers prompts, voice samples, reference media, uploads, generated outputs, stored assets, exports, and content you distribute through the service. You are responsible for your inputs and how you use the results.

Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

You must not use the service to request, generate, upload, store, share, or promote any of the following six categories of prohibited content:

Pornography / NSFW content: Pornographic or sexually explicit material, sexual services, or nudity intended for sexual gratification, whether real or synthetic.
Violence / gore: Violent or gory content, including graphic injury, torture, cruelty, credible threats, or material that encourages physical harm.
Hate speech: Content that attacks, dehumanizes, or promotes discrimination or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
Child-unsafe content / CSAM: Child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, exploitation, or content that endangers children, including AI-generated or manipulated material.
Deepfakes / impersonation: Using a real person's voice, likeness, or identity without authorization for cloning, synthesis, or impersonation is prohibited. Creating non-consensual intimate imagery and using synthetic content to mislead others into believing someone actually made a statement, took an action, or endorsed something are also prohibited.
Copyright / trademark infringement: Content that uses protected works, recordings, logos, or trademarks without the necessary rights, permission, or other lawful basis, including misleading claims of a brand's affiliation or endorsement.

Only clone your own voice or a voice whose owner has explicitly consented to that cloning and its intended use. You must also have the rights to use the source recording. Consent does not permit deception, prohibited content, or other violations of this policy.

We do not permit child sexual exploitation, non-consensual sexual deepfakes, promotion of terrorism or mass violence, incitement to genocide, or instructions for weapons of mass destruction. Do not disguise AI-generated media as authentic evidence of real events or mislead others about its origin.

Other Prohibited Conduct

Violating laws, regulations, sanctions, export controls, or third-party rights
Targeted harassment, doxxing, self-harm encouragement, or instructions for wrongdoing
Malware, credential theft, phishing, spam, scams, or deceptive commercial content
Deceptive manipulation of elections or public processes
Attempting to bypass content safeguards through disguised prompts, repeated submissions, or other evasion techniques
Attempting unauthorized access, scraping, security testing without permission, quota abuse, or service disruption
Sharing, selling, or transferring account access, API keys, or developer credentials
Circumventing billing, credits, usage limits, access controls, or security measures

Content Moderation

We use automated safety tools, including the OpenAI Moderation API, to check submitted text and supported reference images before generation. Requests that fail a safety check are blocked. If a required safety check is unavailable, the affected request does not proceed.

Supported generated images, videos, and 3D assets undergo additional automated safety processing. We may withhold or remove results that are rejected or require further review. Moderation decisions may be reviewed by our staff.

Automated checks can produce false positives or miss violations. They do not verify a speaker's identity or consent, or confirm copyright or trademark rights. Passing a check does not make prohibited use acceptable. You must still review your outputs and ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions before using or sharing them.

Violations and Enforcement

When content or activity violates this policy, we may block a generation request, withhold or remove an output, restrict access to an asset, or require content to be corrected or removed. We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the service for serious or repeated violations. We may cooperate with competent authorities where required or permitted by law, including in matters involving child exploitation or credible threats.

Report Content, Abuse, or Rights Concerns

To report content, account abuse, security concerns, intellectual property claims, or DMCA takedown requests, email support@indream.ai with enough detail for us to review the issue.

You can also use Report output on supported generated results, or choose Content Report or IPR Complaint in the feedback form. Use the email address above if a report button is unavailable or the issue concerns a voice, account, or content you cannot access.

Please include, when available:

Your name, organization if applicable, and a reply email address
Content URLs, project or task identifiers, and relevant account details
A clear description of the content or activity you believe is unlawful or harmful
For copyright or trademark claims, identify the protected work or mark and explain your rights or authorization
For DMCA requests, include the information required by applicable law, including your contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement, and your physical or electronic signature

For suspected child sexual abuse material, report its location and relevant identifiers. Do not download, attach, or redistribute illegal images or videos to make a report. Submit reports in good faith and do not use the reporting process to harass others.

We may request more information, restrict access to disputed content during review, notify the affected user when appropriate, and process counter-notices or appeals where applicable.

Appealing a Moderation Decision

If you believe a request was wrongly blocked or content was wrongly restricted, email support@indream.ai or select Appeal in the feedback form. Include the relevant task or asset identifier, the decision you are disputing, and any explanation or evidence of permission that supports your request. Restrictions may remain in place while the decision is reviewed.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risk, or use the service in a harmful or unlawful way. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ethan Sunray LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from service use.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
